1. We are pleasure you to join in Executive Membership after you have fill the form.
2. Before that, you need to pay the fee of Executive membership which is only RM10.
3. The prove of your transaction need to copy and attach together with the EXECUTIVE MEMBER FORM.
   
4. Then, you will receive the Special Card Member by post and included your ID No. by mail.
5. Then only you can enjoy any service provided for Executive Member only.
